 This class will give you many new tools to relieve your every day stress and release accumulated stress held in your body. Please wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle and a shawl to cover up for meditation.

KUNDALINI AND GONG HEALING WORKSHOPS :  December 7, 2024

These 2 hour workshops are held monthly on a weekend morning from 10am until noon and require pre-registration and pre-payment of $45.  Luminosity Studio Yurt is in Whately MA.

In this workshop we will do Kundalini Yoga, some chanting , sound healing relaxation with Gongs and Tibetan Bowls and a meditation. These workshops fill so be sure to save your space.

A note from the instructor:
In November 2006, I spent an amazing three weeks in Northern India studying advanced teacher trainings in Kundalini Yoga. In February 2020 I journeyed to Southern India. As some of you may know I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga over 35years. I have been sharing the teachings in my graduate course intensives at Lesley University and for many years in my private practice. Classes in Kundalini Yoga are offered at Luminosity Studio, in my Yurt in Whately, MA. The classes are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced Kundalini Yoga students and will focus on opening and balancing the chakras. This has many benefits. Among them are: vitality and increased available energy, calming the nervous system, increased circulation and strengthening the immune system. Kundalini Yoga is a very complete science that enhances the practitioners' life in physical, psychological and spiritual ways. This form of yoga incorporates postures, breath, chanting, and meditation making it a very complete practice.  I offer Kundalini classes for particular foci such as Conscious Communication for dyads, and Healing from Stress, Sleep Deprivation and Insomnia, and Kundalini Yoga and Gong Vibrational Healing Workshops on one weekend a month.
